von Bila, de la Pava & Bertoletti is a general practice law firm well known in Colombia as an international boutique law firm with its main office located in Bogotá, Colombia also with a direct correspondent office in Hamburg, Germany for the European clients. The firm is internationally oriented, therefore its legal advice not only assures compliance of Colombian regulations, but also responds to the client’s needs on having a legal advice with a multinational scope, common to today’s business transactions. The commercial and corporate law group has successfully advised clients on initiating business activities in Colombia, assuring a quick start up either through the establishment of legal entities or in the structuring of effective contractual tools. Major local and foreign companies in the industrial and service sectors have received its legal advice and currently perform their commercial activities based on the legal structures and strategies specially designed for their needs, with successful results. In addition to the above-mentioned locations, von Bila, de la Pava & Bertoletti has a worldwide network of correspondent offices, which includes in particular its partner offices in the other four Andean Pact countries (Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia).
