Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, specialized in Business Law at the Universidad de Los Andes, with 34 years of experience in the areas of regulation of public services (water, sewerage, sanitation, energy and gas, and fixed and mobile telephony), environmental law, business law (commercial, labour law, corporations, etc.), state contracting, private contracting, coercive collection, horizontal property, mining law, among other areas, as Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá in the areas of Administrative Law and Telecommunications; also Arbitrator of the Centre for Business Conciliation and Arbitration of the Superintendencia de Sociedades, in the area of Commercial Law; Conciliation Lawyer; Operator in Economic Insolvency Conciliation of Non-Commercial Individuals; with a profile of application of alternative methods of conflict resolution (conciliation, mediation, arbitration, etc.).
