We wish to express our sympathy to all our colleagues and friends in this difficult moment of isolation to which we have been put through in order to contain the spread of the COVID19 virus
We trust and hope that you, your team and beloved ones will be safe and healthy during this difficult period.
We wish to inform that in spite of the restrictions related to COVID19 and in order to safeguard the health of all of the members of VON BILA, DE LA PAVA & BERTOLETTI and continue to perform all of our customary services without interruption, will be working from home.
Please note that under the current states of sanitary and economic emergencies declared by the National Government, the judicial branch and the Government authorities with jurisdictional faculties have suspended deadlines and postponed court hearings.
This means that procedural time limits have been extended and therefore, once the Judicial Offices reopen, the deadlines will resume, which means that the decisions of the proceedings in progress will take longer.
We will keep monitoring the situation in order to react in the best possible way to any eventuality. Therefore, we will promptly inform if any news arises affecting the matters that we handle for our Clients.
